🌳 Experienced Climbing Arborist Wanted – Focus on Fine Pruning

Svenska Trädmästarna AB is looking for a skilled and safety-conscious climbing arborist to join our experienced team in Stockholm.

Our primary focus is fine pruning in urban environments, often high up and far out in the crown. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in nice and balanced cuts, understands tree structure, and moves efficiently in the canopy.

You’ll work alongside some of the most seasoned arborists in Scandinavia – and we’re excited to welcome someone who brings great attitude, a steady rope hand, and a hunger to improve.

🛠️ Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a climbing arborist

Confident and efficient in pruning, rigging and sectional dismantling

Arborist training or equivalent formal education/qualification

Comfortable working in urban settings with attention to safety and detail

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Solid references and strong work ethics

Spoken Swedish or English

⭐ Nice to have

Certification: ETW, VETcert or ISA Certified Arborist

Experience with tree inventory, inspection or consulting

🧭 The role

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Contract: Fixed-term, full-time, with possibility of extension

Starting date: Once work permit is granted by the Swedish Migration Agency (UK citizens)

Monthly salary: SEK 29,680 or more, depending on experience

Salary: Fixed monthly salary, minimum SEK 29,680/month, in accordance with the Swedish Migration Agency’s subsistence requirement and equivalent to relevant collective agreement levels. Final salary based on qualifications and experience.
