FRUKTSTEREO is an internationally renowned artisanal cider and wine producer.

We are looking for a new key member to our very small but dedicated Cider making team. At FRUKTSTEREO we produce artisanal cider, wine, spirits and beer all with fruit from our farm at Haväng, Österlen, Sweden. The farm is organic and we expect you to be bring expertise in the line of fruit farming and caring for old trees as well as being able to handle the necessary machinery at the farm. From tractors and wheel loaders to spraying machinery.

Our winery is located in Malmö and a lot of work will be done there. We expect you the have a wide knowledge about cider/wine making as well as distilling and beer making process. The team is small and we are looking for a person with a wide expertise and long experience that is ready to do everything from labelling and crushing fruit to making decisions regarding fermentation techniques and handling of oak barrels.

We as a team are all involved with the sales process and have individual sales responsibility’s it can be specific regions or export countries. Right now we would need someone with an experience of the US market for example.

We also run a tasting room and restaurant at the winery where everyone in the team helps out with tastings and the regular dinner service. An experience of restaurant work is therefore a must.
