Forest workers with experience using chainsaw or clearing saw are wanted in Trøndelag in the middle of Norway.

Norsk Skogrydding AS is the largest company in Norway specializing in vegetation clearing, owned by Viken Skog and AT Skog. Our main work involves clearing and cutting along power lines to ensure a safe and stable electricity supply.

We are now looking to recruit two forest workers with experience in chainsaw or brush saw operation.

During the snow-free season, the work mainly includes tree felling and undergrowth clearing, while in winter, it primarily consists of tree felling.

Perhaps you already work with manual felling, as an arborist, or grew up on a farm where the chainsaw was a natural part of everyday life? Maybe you live in Jämtland and have a short way to Norway?

Then you might be a perfect fit for us!

The work area is primarily Trøndelag in Norway, where you will be part of a Swedish work team of 3-4 people.

The team usually works 4-6 weeks in a row, 5-6 days per week, followed by 1-2 weeks off.

We provide accommodation during the work periods, and you will use your own saw and car - with additional compensation.

We are looking for someone who:

. Has experience working with a chainsaw and/or brush saw

. Is safety-conscious and enjoys physical outdoor work

. Has good work ethics and works well in a team

. Has relevant experience (chainsaw license is an advantage)

. Is flexible and enjoys working in different locations
